This was the US division of CYRANO which managed to survive the death of this company and continues to operate, although not under this name anymore.

After losing the rights to use the name Cyrano in the above resolution, this company began trading under Vedant Incorporated and can be found at the Web site VedantHealth.com. They seem to be concentrating their efforts on customised testing solutions for the healthcare industry based on the old products of PerformanceSoftware.
